Watching...Nat Geo Adventure, my new favorite program named "Departure" featuring Scott, Justin and Andre the cameraman three backpackers traveling round the world, the show has been described as being about the journey, rather than just the destinations. 
Also watching BBC Lifestyle, cooking all the way, love Raymond Blanc, a French chef presenting extremely beautiful dishes, together with his signature phase "O la!" "Bon appetite"!

Watching...american sitcom- New Girl starring Zooey Deschanel, fun and talented girl!
And Gossip Girl Blair Waldorf, Serena van der woodsen, upper east sider. In fact I'm falling in love with Rufus Humphrey....he's so charming!

Reading...travel guide to Taiwan. We'll have road trip again :) gotta have fun seeing the sunrise sunset, the mountain, lake view and the beach. Lovely.

Addicting... Pinterest, a great photos, inspiration sharing platform.

Collecting...some old vintage cans and wooden home accessories

Cooking... real homemade pasta, rolling the pastry over and over, messing things up XD. Looks good but not tasted right, ewwwe...keep trying though.

Looking forward...to the next long journey, wherever it will be.

長毛二號之大家都姓梁

屋企有個長毛二號(又常被稱維園阿伯，唔係，係維園阿哥先啱)，當我每晚坐喺梳化睇新聞時，我都誤以為自己睇緊港台嘅頭條新聞，因為旁邊總有把聲音喺度嬉笑怒罵咁發表政見，又時不時諷刺下時弊，令本來對政治不太感興趣嘅我喺呢位長毛二號耳濡目染下，對各政治議題多咗好多認知，亦都開始關注我哋呢個俾阿爺操控住嘅無能政府，以至近期日日新鮮日日甘嘅選舉新聞。又有時，放工返屋企食飯，想輕輕鬆鬆坐喺度食餐飯睇下新聞，又會無啦啦被問及"你支唔支持雙普選?" "你係咪反對23條立法?""你覺得應唔應該平反六四?"(大佬,我同你一齊去燭光晚會架喎) "你反雙非孕婦來港產子，係咪?" "你覺得係咪應該廢除功能組別?"等等等等......彷彿我變成坐喺《城市論壇》台上嘅親建制派人仕，被台下嘅長毛質問到我口啞啞...（長毛，唔好卒我。比我靜靜地食餐飯)


但其實我覺得咁樣幾好，基本上我唔洗睇電視新聞，又唔洗睇蘋果動新聞，返到屋企自自然然就知道哂每日頭條，仲有埋社評添，慳返唔少時間！唔該哂梁議員！

How's my weekend?

週末，待在家中太悠閒，實在要找點事幹...繼早前在露台種香草，種蕃茄種南瓜，做了園丁日日澆水等收成之後，我又要找點別的事情打發時間...

打開電視，見到Nigella喺TLC主持烹飪節目，穿著緊緊的小背心加上一把唔知點解要咁磁性的聲線，在燈光微弱的廚房裡依依呀呀的說著"ummmm....yummy......that's soooooo delicious...."三兩下手勢便做了個好似真係好好味的chocolate fudge cake....於是...便激發我整餅的慾望!

前陣子我精心炮製的chocolate almond cookies，味道跟賣相挺不錯。

今回就決定做blueberry cupcakes! 花了近45分鐘焗製出脹卜卜的小cupcake，然後在cupcake上繞上漂亮的lemon cream cheese frosting 與fresh berries :) 嘻！好看又好吃! Baking is fun!! :D
