學車二三事 砵! 砵!

上文提要...我在第一次的考試中完全肥佬了 *0* 大受打擊...雖然已有充足的心理準備我是沒可能一take pass的，但知道自己一如所料的考試失敗後，心情確實低落了好幾個小時，還擔心要多考十次八次才能及格>_< 要知道我已經是考最容易的自動波私家車（就是賓賓去考都能一take pass的那種!）假如我真的要考十次八次，我想我真的要找個洞鑽進去 OTL

所以...

在我生日那天考到駕駛執照，實在令我興奮得跳起跳起再跳起 XD 當我拿到成績表後便立即撲向師傅大嗌一聲 "嘩哈哈哈哈哈！好嘢！我以後唔洗再見你啦！哈哈哈！" 師傅雖然樣子要保持嚴肅，但也不禁笑了一下 :D

其實我相信沒有人能夠真的體會到我的喜悅，因為要先知道過去五個多月的刻苦訓練，才深切理解"要快啲考到車牌先得!" 的重要性 ... 

如題--> “ 砵！砵！”是我這半年的學習駕駛歷程中聽得最多，亦最令我無所適從的聲音 -_-

無疑地很多駕車人士都非常討厭"學神"，比討厭"P牌"有過之而無不及...尤其的士司機，他們就是沒事沒幹都要 砵！在燈位等候時，只是遲了千份之一秒開車，就會砵！你一個措手不及，然後急急扒頭再拋你一隻白鴿眼 @_@ 要是平日的我早就給他舉中指了! 當然我在師傅面前不能夠這樣做...只能裝一個無奈的表情 ~_~ 我是一架以龜速行駛的學行車(車速保持0-30km/h) 你又怎能催促一隻龜行快點呢？正當我想加速之際，師傅就嚷著"你行咁快做乜!考試時行20得啦" 我就只能還他一個=_= 眼神.

跑馬地成和道在日間是一個十級混亂的地方，有小巴的士突然急停上落客；又有大型貨車在路邊點貨，有極其霸道的大巴士，有不斷扒頭的車輛，又有完全唔睇路的手推車伯伯，更有不計其數的路人亂闖馬路(早前住在跑馬地時我都會經常這樣做 +_+) 有時候來不及急速剎車的話，師傅便猛力踏下他那邊的剎車掣然後喝罵 "你想車死佢(地)呀??!" ............簡直混亂得有點頭暈 @_@""""""""" 幾經辛苦走過了，上行至十級斜的成和道盡頭，便要作180度的左轉到藍塘道，第一次行過時扭得太多了，差點衝上行人路，第二次卻又扭得太少...把軚盤左扭右扭，給師傅罵個狗血淋頭>o< 嗚呀...

再談談泊車，我學的是parallel parking (即是平日停泊在街邊一架跟一架的那種)而我是沒有學習L Pariking的，我跟師傅說我家的停車位是L Parking，但他竟回我一句 "唔洗啦，考試唔會考!" 我呆了一呆...那麼就算我得了車牌還是不懂泊入我的車位??! 雖然L Parking 比Parallel parking 還容易，我並不擔心，但我震驚的是香港田鴨式又被動的教育制度竟伸展到學車範疇...太恐怖了吧...

這五個月不斷的在跑馬地駕車練習來回過百次，現在總算學有所成，呵～呵～太好了～

由小時候跟外婆住在跑馬地，到前年跟姊姊回歸同住(還寫了篇Life in Happy Valley) 再到今年反覆的行走過百次，現在我反轉再反轉都識行 XD

嘻...! 今年可以開心過聖誕！Merry Christmas! YAYYYYYYYYYY!!!

這半年在幹嘛？

真是超級懶惰！！竟然整整6個月完全沒有意欲寫一篇...連短短幾句說話也懶得去寫 /_\"
(請看看右邊的Archive,由2010年的114 entries 遞減至今年的14個...) 

這半年很忙碌, 也經歷很多變化。
離開DDB後, 走到五代十國, 本打算幹一些廣告以外的industrial design, 及後卻發現這裡的工作氛圍跟想像的有太大出入（說到底我就是受不了下午兩三點才上班, 然後完全沒有下班概念的工作模式 *O*）所以就在上班一星期後毅然辭職了...（它絕對是一間十分出色的設計工作室, 只是不太適合我而已)
回到陳曾, 一股熟識的氣味。飛到london進行拍攝工作, 一直忙到現在, 但還是工作愉快 :)

這幾個月一直在進行的, 還有我的學習駕駛歷程, 經過數月的刻苦訓練, 我卻fail了第一次的駕駛考試 =_= 真是超差勁! 試前還奢望可以一take pass再申請international driving license, 可以到日本旅遊時一嚐駕駛的樂趣......我未免太高估自己了 ~_~ 大受打擊!

話說回來, 要趕快拿到driving license的其中一個原因, 就是我即將搬家到一個"不懂駕駛私家車就很麻煩的"山卡啦地區...薄扶林
才剛搬到寶馬山一年, 正所謂"櫈都未坐暖" 只是住了短短一年又要離開了 :( 儘管我很喜歡我們現在的家, 但突然之間竟然有個更大更舒適的屋子可給我倆搬進去, 我們二話不說的就決定搬遷了。

富麗園是我們第一個home sweet home, 別具意義！我最愛在露台上種花澆草, 也不時跟對面的老伯伯打招呼；週末就在炮製蛋糕曲奇, 更誇張的是有次竟在自製pasta o_o 當然是一如所料的...不好吃 >_<
週末留在這個家烹飪的時間多了, 最常吃的是carbonara, 雖已達到"比外面餐廳更好吃"的水準, 但次數之多未免令人有點厭倦(說得真客氣~_~), 因此我們也極力作出新嘗試, 如seafood risotto 和onion soup/ mushroom soup 等也都非常成功! yay! 但近期比較懶，所以都只是在煎fish fillet /steak，或焗製potato wedgets, 完全不需技巧的菜式...

住在一起的2012年，過得很好 :) 撇除我倆吵翻天的時間(要知道他跟我是非常燥底的，也十分硬頸，所以吵架上來可是十分恐怖!!有次更被鄰居投訴 *o*|||真是離哂譜) 除此以外整體也是好好的! 呵~
所以就是捨不得搬走...

話雖如此，新屋其實比現在住的更寬敞，還有個大一倍的露台!! 正打算添置戶外餐枱，這樣子就可在露台吃早餐，嘩！太寫意了! 更重要的是要在露台建個herbs garden, 自給自足，不用再花錢買那又貴又少的parsley! 真急不及待快點搬進去 XD 但這都是下年一月的事了。而二月我們將會到日本滑雪，哈！ 

剛進入的12月又是我最喜愛的月份，似乎一切也很美好呢 :) 只要別跟我說21日是世界末日...

Me-Here-Now

我又在做料理。是西式的，也有中式。還有我的處女作Mixed berry cheescake (失敗了/_\" 樣子甜美，質感味道卻.......與外表不相乎...嘻...)

上星期做了Seafoos Risotto! 非常好吃，呵呵，第一次做就成功，真有天份做大廚 ;)

還有French Onion Soup, 單是炒洋蔥就已經炒了45分鐘...加入白酒與上湯又煮45分鐘，簡直是嘔心瀝血之作(別忘了切洋蔥時害得我淚流滿面 :"""") 當然我倆對這onion soup又是讚不絕口! 而中式料理我尚在入門階段，所以只做了簡單又好吃的咸蛋肉餅，魚香茄子，豉汁排骨等...蠻不錯，呵!（其實這幾道菜我相信白痴也會做...)


除了下廚外，最常做的是躺在梳化看sitcom...有Big Bang Theory, How I met your mother...輕輕鬆鬆地度過幾個無聊的週末 :)


近期添加一項新任務，就是要搜尋一張靚靚的wooden coffee table，當然不能太昂貴，所以任務尚在進行中，且進度相當緩慢...

Watching...Nat Geo Adventure, my new favorite program named "Departure" featuring Scott, Justin and Andre the cameraman three backpackers traveling round the world, the show has been described as being about the journey, rather than just the destinations. 
Also watching BBC Lifestyle, cooking all the way, love Raymond Blanc, a French chef presenting extremely beautiful dishes, together with his signature phase "O la!" "Bon appetite"!

Watching...american sitcom- New Girl starring Zooey Deschanel, fun and talented girl!
And Gossip Girl Blair Waldorf, Serena van der woodsen, upper east sider. In fact I'm falling in love with Rufus Humphrey....he's so charming!

Reading...travel guide to Taiwan. We'll have road trip again :) gotta have fun seeing the sunrise sunset, the mountain, lake view and the beach. Lovely.

Addicting... Pinterest, a great photos, inspiration sharing platform.

Collecting...some old vintage cans and wooden home accessories

Cooking... real homemade pasta, rolling the pastry over and over, messing things up XD. Looks good but not tasted right, ewwwe...keep trying though.

長毛二號之大家都姓梁

屋企有個長毛二號(又常被稱維園阿伯，唔係，係維園阿哥先啱)，當我每晚坐喺梳化睇新聞時，我都誤以為自己睇緊港台嘅頭條新聞，因為旁邊總有把聲音喺度嬉笑怒罵咁發表政見，又時不時諷刺下時弊，令本來對政治不太感興趣嘅我喺呢位長毛二號耳濡目染下，對各政治議題多咗好多認知，亦都開始關注我哋呢個俾阿爺操控住嘅無能政府，以至近期日日新鮮日日甘嘅選舉新聞。又有時，放工返屋企食飯，想輕輕鬆鬆坐喺度食餐飯睇下新聞，又會無啦啦被問及"你支唔支持雙普選?" "你係咪反對23條立法?""你覺得應唔應該平反六四?"(大佬,我同你一齊去燭光晚會架喎) "你反雙非孕婦來港產子，係咪?" "你覺得係咪應該廢除功能組別?"等等等等......彷彿我變成坐喺《城市論壇》台上嘅親建制派人仕，被台下嘅長毛質問到我口啞啞...（長毛，唔好卒我。比我靜靜地食餐飯)


但其實我覺得咁樣幾好，基本上我唔洗睇電視新聞，又唔洗睇蘋果動新聞，返到屋企自自然然就知道哂每日頭條，仲有埋社評添，慳返唔少時間！唔該哂梁議員！

How's my weekend?

週末，待在家中太悠閒，實在要找點事幹...繼早前在露台種香草，種蕃茄種南瓜，做了園丁日日澆水等收成之後，我又要找點別的事情打發時間...

打開電視，見到Nigella喺TLC主持烹飪節目，穿著緊緊的小背心加上一把唔知點解要咁磁性的聲線，在燈光微弱的廚房裡依依呀呀的說著"ummmm....yummy......that's soooooo delicious...."三兩下手勢便做了個好似真係好好味的chocolate fudge cake....於是...便激發我整餅的慾望!

前陣子我精心炮製的chocolate almond cookies，味道跟賣相挺不錯。

今回就決定做blueberry cupcakes! 花了近45分鐘焗製出脹卜卜的小cupcake，然後在cupcake上繞上漂亮的lemon cream cheese frosting 與fresh berries :) 嘻！好看又好吃! Baking is fun!! :D

Hello 一月！

- 農曆新年, 花開富貴！逛花市時又買盆栽, 為家裡陽台增添新成員, 是太陽菊與忘了名字的紫色小菊。喜歡曬太陽, 每日都長新花苞, 嘻! 感覺很春天!

- 脫掉了智慧齒。一直以來都懵然不知自己長了3顆智慧齒, 第一次碰面它就給牙醫狠狠的拔掉...右邊臉超麻痺, 頭也痛得快爆炸...


-近期在看韓劇《甜蜜緋聞》竟愛上男主角姜至奐...哈哈...我也同期在看美劇《New Girl》:)


- 同事們介紹了Zipia, 韓國Online Clothing shopping, 挺便宜而且質料也不錯, 我又花近千多元置新裝 -_-" 上個blog entry才剛聲稱“購置衣裝的金錢少了"......真是自打嘴巴!


- 四五年前儲藏的40多隻Playmobil竟被我一口氣在網上放售了! 呼~ 放售的價錢不錯又省了空間, 嘩哈哈哈, 太好了!
